question:  How do I get into animation Voice-Over work?

answer:

To obtain "animation" work, the right demo, marketing, and attitude are necessary. Here are details:

You'll need a voice-over demo which demonstrates as many "usable" characters as you can perform. Remember, the more variety you demonstrate, the more likely the chance of getting work.

To boot, if you are a singer, it would be helpful to demonstrate singing on your demo as well, as many animated characters are requested to sing.

You'll need a solid marketing plan. Determine who your contacts are, where to find them, and be prepared to give them audio demos upon their request.

Finally...a healthy attitude is a must. DON'T GIVE UP !! Even pros will tell you how it took them years to "break in."
