answer:

Contrary to popular belief, there is only one difference between narrating commercial and narration scripts: the voice over artist generally requires more stamina when reading a narration script due to it's length.

Otherwise, reading commercial and narrations are the same. There are fast commercials, there are fast narrations. There are informal commercials, there are informal narrations. And so on.
