A decade or so ago, voice talent in Denver would cross paths more often, but in the age of the web, most work is done in personal studios with not as much face-to-face interaction. Denver is very much a non union town, so if you are a non union Denver voice over, there is a lot of work to be had. If you are union there are some clients, like the Colorado Lottery will only book union talent, so it's best to keep your options open if you can.
The talent agencies in town will take on local Denver voice over talent so definitely check out Radical Talent, The Big Fish Voice Company and Donna Baldwin Talent. If you have a theater background the Denver Center for the Performing Arts is a vibrant community of actors and there are many smaller theaters and stages as well.
Overall there are a lot of opportunities to work for the talent that is willing to network. The top studios will book their own talent and the best studio in the area is Coupe Studios in Boulder which has done tons of national, high profile work. Also check out Post Modern and Rocky Mountain Recorders in Denver. As in many cities, there are a growing number of small studios as well, tucked into people's homes or run by only one or two people.
