Great News! If you sign up for the Phase-2 Training & Demo Program within 1 calendar week after your Investigate Voice Over Class, 100% of the amount you paid for the Class will be applied to the Program.
Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 48-hours advance notice, by telephone, and during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (ET) and Saturday 11am-3pm (ET).
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48-hours notice, there is no fee.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48-hours notice, the following fees apply: $25 charge for group events, $75 charge for private training, $400 charge for demo recording session.
In today's hectic world unplanned issues come up for all of us. We recognize this fact, but we respectfully require that you cancel your scheduled appointment by phone and a minimum of 48 hours in advance. This way the open time can be filled with someone needing an appointment. Your consideration is appreciated.
If Edge Studio Cancels/Reschedules:
Edge Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a group class due to low enrollment, act of G-d. In addition, our coaches are professional, working voice talents. On rare occasion, this means they will have an audition or booking on short notice. If Edge Studio or a coach reschedules or cancels a private or group event, all participants will be notified, and the option to apply the payment to another workshop or private coaching session will be provided.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, certified check, money orders, and of course cash welcome. Personal checks accepted 10 business days prior to session. No CDs, thumb drives, or any other media shall leave EDGE STUDIO until bill is paid in full. Payments later than 30 days will incur 1.5% interest per month. Prices subject to change without notice.
