Edge Studio Refund Policy
for Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
We know that sometimes schedules change, and that unexpected and unavoidable things happen. They happen to us too! Here are our policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling classes, webinars, coaching sessions and other events at Edge Studio.
For Services not included in a Training Program or Coaching Package
- If you cancel or reschedule any Edge Studio service with more than 48 hours notice, there is no cancellation fee or additional fee to reschedule if you notify us by telephone and during regular business hours (M-F 9:00am-6:00pm ET; Sat 11:00am-3:00pm ET).
- If you cancel any Edge Studio service with less than 48 hours notice without rescheduling, we will not provide any refunds.
- If you need to reschedule any Edge Studio service with less than 48 notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note the following applicable charges: $25 for a group event; $75 for a private session; and $400 for a demo recording session.
- If you are a “no-show”, we will not provide any refunds.
For Coaching Packages
- When you purchase a package of 2 or more coaching sessions and would like a refund, the amount of your refund will be calculated by deducting the cost of any coaching sessions already used from the total price of the coaching package. After 45 days, we will not provide any refunds.
- The same 48 hour policies for cancellations, rescheduling, and “no-shows” (described above) also apply to private sessions included in any Coaching Package.
For Training Programs
- When you sign up for any Edge Studio Training Program you’ll have 14 days to get a full refund of your registration (less a $100 administrative fee). If you would like a refund after 14 days but within 45 days, we’ll happily refund 50% of the total cost of the Training Program for which you have enrolled (less a $100 administrative fee). After 45 days, we will not provide any refunds.
- The same 48 hour policies for cancellations, rescheduling, and “no-shows” (described above) also apply to private sessions included in any Training Program.
When Edge Studio needs to cancel or reschedule:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Edge Studio service due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other extenuating circumstances.
- One of the biggest reasons why Edge Studio coaches are so good at what they do is that all of them are busy working in the voice over industry. However this means that on rare occasions a coach may need to reschedule a class, webinar coaching session, or other Edge Studio service on short notice because of a last- minute audition or booking. Should this happen to you, you will be given the option of rescheduling, a refund, or a credit for the amount to another Edge Studio class, webinar, coaching session, or other Edge Studio service.
