Tai Chi Workout Program

Tai Chi, the ancient Chinese system of exercise and martial arts is widely recognized as a way to increase vitality, self confidence and overall better health. The following program presents the fundamentals of Tai Chi in a comprehensive workout. The key to this workout is not to over exert yourself. Our Tai Chi experts will be demonstrating three levels – beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Choose the level that is most comfortable for you and stick with it. Progress at your own pace.
