At the age of 13 years he discovered his talent as a Announcer. When at school he was asked to record a commercial for radio, people could not believe that a young man of only 13 years had such a beautiful voice. From that moment he began recording for local businesses, then a famous music producer discovers a radio station where he worked, from that moment his life changed becoming one of the most privileged voices in all Latin America. His voice has represented several companies internationally and Television network around the world. Dr. Rios’ was the CEO and Founder of TV Vision Network and was responsible for overseeing the station’s operations, engineering, production, sales and marketing toward the expansion and growth of TV Vision Network worldwide. The network incorporates a wide variety of programs targeting the Hispanic market in a unique bilingual format. Early in his career, Mr. Rios had an immediate impact on commercial advertising as the Latin American representative for Heineken Beer. In his role, he produced and directed advertising campaigns leading to significant growth of sales revenues in the Latin marketplace. Fluent in Spanish and English, Mr. Rios’s exceptional track record in his career in business development has enabled him to quickly identify sales and growth opportunities with companies such as: Telemundo, Univision, VidaVision and The Miracle Network where he spearheaded product lines, sourcing, sales channels, production, marketing and advertising strategies. In the last 25 years, he has held additional capacities in the entertainment media industry including voice-overs, photography and as producer of various projects. Mr. Rios most noteworthy achievements are, “Turismo Al Dia ”, (tourist-targeted commercials) which were sponsored by Carnival Cruise Lines, American Airlines, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Walt Disney World. These commercials ran successfully for 4 years. Other accomplishments include commercial production which also features Mr. Rios as a voice-over announcer for the Walt Disney Company, Telemundo, Me Salve (retail chain in Puerto Rico), AT&T and Heineken. Born in 1969. Mr. Rios received his PH-D in Marketing and Mass Communications degree from Sagrado Corazon University in Puerto Rico. He lives in Tampa, FL with his wife, daughter and son
